Job Summary

TruFood Manufacturing is hiring a Production Line Lead to oversee daily operations at its state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities. In this role, you will optimize production workflows , coordinate team activities , and enforce safety protocols to ensure smooth and efficient operations. This position offers a unique opportunity to lead a dynamic team, troubleshoot challenges, and contribute to high-quality output in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities

  • Production Oversight: Monitor and guide the production line to meet goals and deadlines efficiently.
  • Issue Resolution: Troubleshoot equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime.
  • Team Coordination: Assign tasks, ensuring an even workload and team alignment toward production goals.
  • Quality Control: Conduct inspections to maintain high product standards, addressing deviations as needed.
  • Communication: Act as a liaison between team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflow and adherence to processes.
  • Safety Compliance: Enforce protocols to create a safe work environment.
  • Reporting: Maintain records of production metrics, machine performance, and incidents.


Requirements

  • Leadership experience in a manufacturing/production environment .
  • Strong problem-solving skills with expertise in troubleshooting equipment and operational issues.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on quality standards .
  • Ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
