Auditor - Onsite

This position is in office with the opportunity to become hybrid after 90 days. The office is located at 555 St. Charles Drive Suite 100 Thousand Oaks, CA

The Audit Specialist in the Compliance department works closely with our network of law firms, clients, and other internal departments to ensure firms comply with laws, regulations, and client requirements.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Key Job Duties

• Audit law firms within our Legal Network for client and regulatory compliance
• Perform reviews for accuracy and compliant work efforts
• Ensure timely handling of client requests and deliverables
• Act as a liaison with the client to escalate and resolve audit findings timely
• Collaborate with the team to develop audit procedure enhancements and efficiencies as needed
• Possible travel in the future within the United States

Job Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills, computer literacy, and attention to detail is required
• Able to work efficiently, independently and as part of a team
• Reliable attendance, able to complete their work timely and meet client expectations
• Able to communicate effectively, possess active listening skills, able to give feedback or ask questions when needed
• Moderate proficiency with Microsoft Office is required, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word
