Key Points:

  1. Salary ranges from $120-155k (can go 10k or more higher for the right person) depending on experience; plus bonus paid out twice-annually, and 4% 401k matching!
  2. Remote and/or hybrid: Seeking candidates primarily from Denver or elsewhere in Colorado for remote and/or hybrid positions. Ideal preference is 1-2 days onsite, but flexible based on individual circumstances.
  3. Only seeking candidates open to full-time, direct-hire, salaried positions.

In This Role, You Will:

  1. Create scalable applications addressing real-world business challenges through intuitive design.
  2. Develop software solutions prioritizing ease of maintenance and high testability.
  3. Investigate application issues to identify root causes and propose effective solutions.
  4. Adhere to coding standards and actively engage in code reviews.
  5. Contribute to the success of agile practices within a dynamic development environment.

What You Bring To Our Team

REQUIRED:

  1. 10+ years of professional software engineering experience.
  2. Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and Angular.
  3. Hands-on experience with building and utilizing RESTful services.
  4. Competence in working with SQL or NoSQL databases.
  5. Keen interest in adopting cutting-edge technology and methodologies.
  6. Collaborative mindset with a strong Team First ethos.
  7. Ability to proactively assess risks and make informed decisions.

PREFERRED:

  1. Expertise in Message Queues and Service Bus Architecture.
  2. Experience integrating third-party vendors' systems.
  3. Proficiency in Azure development or other cloud platforms.
  4. Knowledge of microservices architecture with Azure Functions, AWS Lambda, or similar.
  5. Familiarity with .NET 8 and TypeScript.
  6. Experience with modern JavaScript frameworks such as Angular 17, React, or Vue.
  7. Proven track record in implementing advanced architectural patterns.
