The Role:
- Leading Mochi Health’s Design Team in defining and evolving company brand, vision, and strategy, while maintaining continuity across all assets.
- Focusing on growth principles within design, user-centered design, user acquisition, optimizing conversions, etc.
- Working closely with Marketing and Product to ensure consistent application of the company's visual identity, adhering to brand guidelines in all design work.
- Create digital assets such as wireframes, prototypes, high-fidelity designs for new features and product rollouts.
- Manage a team of designers across UI/UX and graphic design.
- Set team and individual KPIs.
- Design a wide range of eye-catching, modern materials focusing on user-friendly and visually appealing content.
- Serve as a mentor to other designers, fostering a collaborative environment for the team.
About You:
- 7+ years of relevant experience as a product designer or visual designer at an agency, firm, or in-house studio or team.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design or related discipline.
- Hands-on designer with a strong portfolio of branding and marketing design, demonstrating a solid knowledge of consumer-focused design principles.
- Experience with growth principles, A/B testing, and analytical tools for product building.
- Excellent ability to single-handedly conceptualize and think critically about design, balancing user and business goals.
- Expert project management abilities, including directing other designers, freelancers, or contractors.
- Proficiency with Figma, the Adobe Suite, and other design tools of your choice.
- Experience adapting to changing priorities in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
This role will be onsite 5 days a week in our San Francisco office.
The estimated salary for this role is between $180,000/year and $250,000/year.
