Director of Sales

A home builder company is looking for a Director of Sales in the Belton, TX area. This person will report to the Division President, and manage a team of 5 salespeople, and potentially other employees as well. They will manage the salesforce for all of their production home build opportunities. This person will not only be managing salespeople but going out into the field to help support potential opportunities. They will help drive and establish new partnerships, identify prospects, and expand the company's market outreach. They will handle customer concerns and help manage conflict.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, with at least 5 in sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving growth
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
