Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client, a Medical Device Manufacturer, is looking for a Talent Acquisition Business Partner to join their rapidly growing HR team. We are looking for someone with experience recruiting for light industrial / warehouse positions.

Pay: $40-$43.50/hr

Schedule: M-F 8a-5p (hybrid)

Type of Job: Temp to Hire

Talent Acquisition Business Partner Responsibilities:

• Be a subject matter expert in leveraging LinkedIn, cold calls, and other tools to identify passive candidates.
• Create, implement, and support strategies for continuous improvement on promoting company as the Employer of Choice.
• Develop and maintain a database of qualified professionals.
• Work with hiring manager to ensure a job description is created for all new positions and/or updated for replacement positions.
• Support managers in developing/formulating interview questions as needed.

Qualifications:

• 4 yrs of blended experience recruiting at an agency and corporate levels
• Experience with LinkedIn recruiter and applicant Tracking Systems.
• 3+ years of experience recruiting for light industrial positions - (manufacturing technicians, warehouse associates, forklift drivers, maintenance technicians, assembly) preferably within medical device manufacturing, biotechnology, or pharmaceutical industries.
