Title : Compliance Specialist II (Marketing Compliance & Privacy Enablement Analyst)
Pay Rate: $55-$59/Hour on W2
Contract duration : 7 months
Location : Remote, United States
Manager works in EST and the balance of our team is EST/PST, so they should be able to / open to communicating with those time zones. We support teams globally though, but there isn't an expectation for off-hours support.
An overview of a day for this role -
They would predominantly assist with inbound requests our team receives, evaluate the request, and then determine the right enablement/guidance to be provided and/or if coordination with other teams (legal/regional ops) is needed (I would certainly help train them up and help review guidance before we/they feel comfortable handling any on their own)
Top skill sets: Ability to be able to review policies and quickly understand how to apply those to business use cases, great communication, adaptability, collaboration, sound business judgment
Must have skills: Communication, adaptability, collaboration, well-organized, willingness to learn
Teachable skills: Stakeholder engagement (determining when we need to work with other teams), policy interpretation (what certain things mean and how they can be interpreted differently by different teams), how to navigate our systems and locate whats needed
Optional skills: Data privacy
Experience with marketing programs/activities is needed, should have a demonstrated ability to work independently and manage to timelines and milestones, along with experience providing enablement

The Marketing Compliance & Privacy team supports all aspects of marketing compliance and privacy across the Marketing organization, and promotes client's #1 value of Trust. Our mission includes enabling Marketers on policy requirements and risk remediation.
Role and Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will serve as first line compliance support for marketers, promoting awareness and helping them align their marketing activities with client requirements. This role will also coordinate with other business units such as legal and regional operations teams.
The successful candidate will be able to quickly develop a working knowledge of existing outbound marketing and data privacy compliance policies and enablement resources . They will also be able to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with cross-functional teams in different geographies, exhibit sound business judgment, and be agile and quickly adapt to changing priorities. The successful candidate must have a hands-on approach, and must be comfortable working in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment.
Experience:
- 2+ years of enablement experience, preferably supporting a marketing organization(s )
- Proven track record of driving results and building effective relationships with cross-functional teams
- Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, take ownership, manage and successfully deliver project results
- Experience with marketing programs and activities
Qualifications/Skills:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Strong comprehension skills to understand existing policies and enablement resources
- Organized, responsive, and able to collaborate with multiple stakeholders
- Attention to detail and effective organization
- Ability to multitask effortlessly and manage competing priorities under demanding deadlines

- High energy with the ability to work well under pressure and tight deadlines
- Bonus points for privacy focused certifications (ex. IAPP)
