Unit Manager Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing staff, ensuring that care standards are met.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team.
• Monitor patient progress, assess needs, and make adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Conduct regular evaluations of staff performance and provide training and support.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, facility policies, and best practices.
• Address and resolve patient and family concerns in a professional and timely manner.
• Manage unit resources, including scheduling and inventory of supplies.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to the development of facility policies.

Unit Manager Qualifications:

• Licensed RN in the state of Florida
• Previous LTC/SNF experience preferred
