All Admission Representatives hold the title of Graduation Specialists, and they work with prospective students who come from a variety of sources such as warm call transfers, email, web search, and social media. Each Graduation Specialist must learn to discuss the merits of different degree programs, assess the prospective student’s needs and provide a relevant degree program recommendation.

In addition to the Graduation Specialist responsibilities, the Lead will learn and create workflows to enhance student enrollment and improve retention percentage through our CRM.

The position will also assist the Director with onboarding, training, and ongoing support for Graduation Specialists.

Our Lead will collaborate with other Directors and executive leadership on projects that will involve process and tool development, enrollment, and retention. They will meet frequently to share results, best practices, and areas of opportunity.

The Lead will also work with client key contacts to roll out new updates, training, and resolution to student issues, as well as meticulously document and record ongoing and continuous contact using the CRM system and produce activity reports as needed.

This is a client-facing role. The work will include occasional campus visits, consulting visits to universities, and networking at conferences.

A data background is required as the Lead will need to monitor, analyze, and synthesize large data sets to create clear direction for each day that will impact enrollment and registration.

Position is HYBRID - the in-office days are spent in Chicago’s Loop in a dynamic, eco-friendly, modern environment with access to an on-site gym.
