The Administrative Professional will be an integral member of Cameron and Associates 8's team. Among other tasks, this person will provide ongoing administrative support to multiple members of the team whose work is mainly client-centric. We'll be supportive of you throughout your journey with our team, even providing you with opportunities to grow professionally.If you've got the knowledge, skills, abilities, and motivation to work here then we want to hear from you!WORK LOCATIONNorristown, PARESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:Being the point of contact for Cameron & Associates 8's Norristown, PA officeAnswering phone calls & email correspondenceScheduling meetings and travel for employeesActing as liaison between company employees in the office and those at off-site locationsProperly prioritizing tasksWorking collaboratively to ensure project deadlines are metAssisting with project accounting and expense reportsQuality assuring employees' timesheets, and submitting themMaintaining electronic and paper filing systems using data security principlesAssist with administrative work related to marketing, and the development of RFPs, proposals and presentationsTaking initiativeFollowing-through on all workREQUIREMENTSThis is an on-site role, located in Norristown, PAMinimum of a high school diploma or equivalentGenerally, 5+ years of high-level administrative experienceExcellent attention to detailStrong grammar, vocabulary, spelling in EnglishExcellent calendar managing skillsStrong computer skills; general knowledge of collaboration tools such as G-Suite; Microsoft Office Suite (Teams), Zoom, QuickBooks®, and software programs related to timesheet and expense reportingDemonstrated ability to maintain confidentiality and use discretion in daily interactionsCommitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion in the construction industryCollaborative approach to working with all stakeholdersExcellent interpersonal communicationCreative thinker when solving problems
