We seek a dynamic, high-performing Business Development Representative to increase our Enterprise & Corporate Sales.
This is a true hunter, cold-calling role! This is an exciting opportunity to be part of an awesome team that cares very strongly about the company, brand, and users!
Duties and Responsibilities
- Learn and execute proven processes to generate new sales opportunities.
- Interact with Enterprise & Corporate prospects via telephone and email.
- Research Enterprise & Corporate target accounts, identify key players, and develop accounts.
- Successfully manage and overcome sales objections.
- Exceed monthly and quarterly targets.
- Document prospect interaction in Salesforce CRM to ensure efficient lead management.
- Set sales demos for Enterprise & Corporate Account executives.
- Communicate directly with Account Executives to effectively manage opportunities.
- Develop your sales craft - as you grow, Prismm grows!

- 1-2 years experience generating Enterprise / Corporate sales.
- A fearless, learn-it-all attitude and eagerness to work past objections.
- A customer-centric focus and interest in driving value-based solutions to our client base.
- Engaging phone presence and excellent written communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment, ready to embrace change.
- College degree or equivalent.
