Role Description

We are seeking 2-3 highly motivated and detail-oriented investment professionals across Analyst/Associate/Vice President levels to join our growing firm. All candidates should have at least two years of investment banking experience. Analyst and Associate candidates should have experience at an investment bank while Vice President candidates should have at least 2-3 years of buyside experience in addition. This role will work closely with Investment Partners on all aspects of deal sourcing, structuring, execution, and portfolio management.


Key Responsibilities

  • Transaction Support: Assist in the execution of capital solutions transactions, including conducting due diligence, preparing financial models, and drafting investment memos.
  • Market Analysis: Perform in-depth market and company analysis to identify potential investment opportunities and risks.
  • Financial Modeling: Build and maintain complex financial models to assess different capital structures and financing strategies.
  • Deal Sourcing: Support senior team members in identifying new business opportunities and nurturing relationships with potential clients and industry contacts.
  • Portfolio Management: Monitor the performance of existing investments and provide support in managing portfolio companies.
  • Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the legal, compliance, operations, accounting, and investment teams to ensure seamless deal execution.
  • Research: Conduct research on emerging capital solutions trends and innovative financing structures to keep the firm competitive.


Qualifications

  • Investment Banking experience
