JOB REQUIREMENTS: Job Summary: The Center for Dairy Research (CDR) on the UW-Madison campus is the largest dairy foods research center in the US. Combining a background in dairy foods manufacturing and a passion for teaching and mentoring, this position will help keep the dairy industry growing and strong. This position will provide mentorship and outreach to the processed and natural cheese industry, including product development, technical support and troubleshooting assistance. The position will work closely with our scientists, outreach staff and communication team. The position could also include outreach, training and mentorship with the online Certificate in Dairy Processing course, as well as helping with some introductory industry trainings.
