Who we are

Founded in 2020 in Zurich by Julian Liniger and Adem Bilican, our app is designed to be simple and intuitive, allowing anyone to buy and sell Bitcoin within minutes. Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition : Lead and manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring top talents across various departments (mainly Tech, Marketing, and Compliance), using an Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Candidate Experience : Ensure engaging candidate experience from application to onboarding, fostering a strong connection to our company culture and values.
- Business Partnership : Work closely with department heads to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies that align with our company goals.
- Employer Branding : Develop and promote our brand as an employer to attract the best Bitcoin talents, utilizing both traditional and innovative channels.
- HR Operations : Lead HR operations, including implementing an ATS, job postings, employment contracts, and onboarding documentation; as well as other HR responsibilities, including the maintenance and optimization of HR policies, response to employee queries, and improvement of HR capabilities of Relai.
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience : At least 3 years of practical experience in recruitment, direct search, and HR management in a startup or fintech in Europe.
- Affinity for Bitcoin : Strong interest in and understanding of Bitcoin is crucial.
- Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages are a plus.
- Proactive & Results-Oriented : Self-starter with a track record of achieving hiring goals and driving initiatives.
- Adaptable & Collaborative : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and work effectively with diverse teams in a remote setting.
