Collegiate Hotel Group is seeking a Senior Marketing Manager to join our marketing team to support property-level marketing for our collection of hotels.

POSITION PURPOSE
The Senior Marketing Manager will oversee the concepting and implementation of strategic partnerships and experiential marketing initiatives at the property level. This position will report directly to the Director of Events & Programming. The ideal candidate would be a self-starter with a knack for creating memorable experiences that resonate with our brand's target audiences and a passion for hospitality. This person is a creative thinker and succeeds in a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment. They should be an excellent communicator who is able to work cross-functionally while handling large projects independently and have a strong sense of time management, marketing strategy, and organization.
JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop relationships with like-minded brands to create impactful partnerships that build brand awareness and drive revenue to the hotels
  • Collaborate with internal teams to integrate partnership and event efforts into broader marketing initiatives, ensuring consistency in messaging and execution
  • Oversee all experiential event activations including concepting, planning, contract negotiations, budget, execution and post-event reporting and analytics
  • Maintain partnership relations through scheduled meetings and brainstorming sessions as needed
  • Set marketing goals and objectives, including KPIs and metrics, while tracking progress and reporting consistently to the Director of Events & Programming
  • Collaborate with cross-functional departments such as Sales, Food & Beverage, Operations and Revenue to ensure a seamless guest experience through all events and programming efforts
  • Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications or a related field
  • 7+ years of experience in Marketing, Public Relations, or related field
  • Work effectively in a fast-paced environment and consistently demonstrate a high level of organizational skill and critical thinking
  • Proven experience carrying out marketing campaigns, including planning, prioritizing, and implementing strategy
  • Metric-driven, proactive, and goal-oriented leader capable of independently managing tasks and reflecting business acumen
  • Ability to travel 25% of the time
