Join our team as onsite Director of Operations (Mukilteo, WA)
This position is responsible for all operational and fulfillment functions for HealthFirst. The scope includes, but is not limited to, operations, demand planning, vendor management, supply chain, assembly, fulfillment, and facilities.
This role will develop and lead the operational team and infrastructure, which will support and scale organic and accretive growth for HealthFirst. As part of the senior leadership team, this role will participate in the strategic planning and budgeting process.
Position Requirements
- 12+ years’ experience in Operations Management in warehousing, logistics, distribution, manufacturing, or supply chain functions
- Proven leadership and management skills in a highly regulated growth environment
- Demonstrated performance in exceeding outlined financial goals
- Long term experience with KPI report development and possesses a continuous improvement mentality
- Strong history of financial and customer service success
- Record of successfully introducing and implementing strategic initiatives
- Budgeting and forecasting experience required
