**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience as a Sales Manager in the automotive industry, preferably with a Toyota dealership.
- Strong understanding of automotive sales processes and customer relationship management.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Demonstrated ability to analyze sales data and market trends to make informed decisions.
- Proficient in using dealership management software and CRM systems.
- Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
