Anarchy is looking for a founding engineer to help us democratize the AI building process while advancing the capabilities of autonomous and human-controlled agents.

Scope

• You will report directly to the CEO.
• This job is for a founding engineer role, and thus you can expect a work-hard/play-hard mentality, and the job functions to change frequently.
• The initial project will be to assist with the open-sourcing of the LLM-VM which is a JIT for natural language.
• In this role you will ideally engage in open-source community management.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills

• MS/PhD in AI+PL from a research university with publications in top journals.
• 3+ years working in AI/ML research, training and scaling neural networks.
• Experience training LLMs.
• Experience writing compilers.
• Contributions to well-used open-source projects.
• Experience working in a team setting.
