The Business Manager oversees the organization's financial services, information technology, marketing, and retail sales functions. The successful candidate will have the ability to multi-task and manage diverse business functions, staff, and outsourced service providers.
Minimum Requirements:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in business administration or related field.
- Five years of experience in business management with multi-function responsibility is required.
- Experience should demonstrate expertise with budgeting, business/marketing plan development, and project management.
- Non-profit management, accounting, and grant writing would be a plus.
The position requires the ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing in a variety of communication settings to a variety of audiences.
