Ennead Architects, an award-winning, internationally recognized architecture firm, is looking for a Project-based BIM Manager to join our firm. Our portfolio is diverse in typology, scale and location and includes new construction, renovation and expansion, historic preservation, interior design, and master planning. Clients are principally cultural, educational scientific, and governmental institutions.
The successful candidate will work as a member of the project team on a large scale, highly complex project that is pushing the envelope in BIM Delivery. The candidate will play a dedicated, pivotal role in managing complex BIM workflows and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. This individual will leverage their technical expertise and organizational skills to support users, develop BIM standards, and implement project-based solutions with support from the Applied Computing department, a team of design technology specialists.

The candidate will play a dedicated, pivotal role in managing complex BIM workflows and deliverables across multiple stakeholders. This individual will leverage their technical expertise and organizational skills to support users, develop BIM standards, and implement project-based solutions with support from the Applied Computing department, a team of design technology specialists.
What you can expect to do:
- Lead and manage the creation, documentation and execution of BIM workflows that support project objectives. Devise workflows to optimize collaboration between multiple stakeholders across the design phase of the project.
- Listen to and understand various perspectives, resolving conflicts and communicating final decisions internally and externally.
- Participate in Project BIM meetings to provide guidance to BIM Leads
- Regularly document and update BIM standards.
- Develop automated Revit model health reporting dashboards for the project & for firmwide quality improvement efforts.
- Daily tasks include managing modeling complex systems and geometry, technology configuration, and customization via scripting.
- Develop and conduct BIM training sessions for internal and external stakeholders.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency improvements. Enhance Ennead's goal of continuous improvement within our company, for our clients, and for the industry.
- Contribute to our culture of professional development and knowledge sharing by participating in and leading training efforts.
- Advocate for compliance to company BIM standards, communicating best practices, protocols, updates, and other related matters.
- Bachelor's degree in architecture
- 10 year of professional experience delivering architecture or interiors projects using Revit.
- Understanding of architectural design process, construction drawings, and specifications processes
- Advanced Autodesk Revit, Autodesk Construction Cloud experience/knowledge required.
- Ability to organize and manage work. Ability to build and maintain excellent interpersonal relationships.
- In-depth knowledge of applicable laws, regulations and liability concerns as they relate to technology issues.
