Type: Contract with opportunity for extension or full-time offerPay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hourShift/Hours: Varying shifts between 8:00am – 5:00pm, Monday – FridayDress: ScrubsResponsibilities of the Medical Assistant:Use technology and office resource tools efficiently, accurately and effectively to perform the job.Rooming patients and checking vital signsAssist in reviewing patient’s records for any gaps in care related to measurable goals and appropriate patient care.Perform outreach to patients according to team specific guidelines (i.e. calling a patient to close gaps in care).Schedule follow up appointments with Jordan resource as requested by clinician, team member, patient, or manager.Use technology and office resource tools efficiently, accurately and effectively to perform the job.Assist with daily operational duties such as but not limited to: opening and closing clinical area, fire safety procedures, calling housekeeping/maintenance, etc.Qualifications for the Medical Assistant:High School Diploma or GEDCertified Medical AssistantCPR/BLS certificationInfection Control Certificate or willing to take 4 hour online classPay Details: $20.00 to $22.00 per hourBenefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
