Leidos has an exciting opportunity for an experienced XML Developer to support an Intelligence Community (IC) organization in the fast-growing National Security Sector. This position is in Bethesda, MD. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI Polygraph security clearance.
Primary responsibilities and tasks may include some or all the following:
- Develop, implement, update and manage:
- XSD Schema, Schematron, RelaxNG data specifications for the enterprise
- Map community directives and Executive Orders directly to implementation for Enterprise use
- Xspec test cases for the Specifications
- Documentation in Docbook XML and Office Suite of these Specifications
- Develop and Maintain Scripts for Jenkins and other DevSecOps environment production of specifications
- Compliance with Security standards and Integration of tools in a Unix based system
- Collaborate with Client and community partners to gather and interpret requirements and develop solutions that meet client's technical, schedule and cost constraints
- Collaborate with other team members on approaches to enhancing back-end production processes.
Required Qualifications:
- TS/SCI with Poly
- BS degree and 12 - 15 years of prior relevant experience or Masters with 10 - 13 years of prior relevant experience. May possess a Doctorate in technical domain. Additional experience may be considered in lieu of degree
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Detail-oriented, ability to consistently provide high-quality products that are concise, thorough, and accurate.
- Ability to adapt in response to shifts in customer priorities.
- Experience in XML stack, XSLT, XPATH, Schematron.
Desired Qualifications:
- Ten or more years working in the IC
- Knowledge and experience working with IC policies, directives and standards
- MS Azure cloud technology experience
- Experience with Oxygen XML and other XML IDEs
- Understanding of the JESC and CMSTT process
