As an Estimator, your responsibilities will include:
- Analyzing blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, and labor estimates
- Assessing material, labor, and equipment requirements for each project- Collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure accurate estimates
- Monitoring and updating estimates throughout the project lifecycle
- Providing support to the sales team with pricing and bidding processes
Essential job functions for this role include:-
2-5 years of construction estimating experience, with a focus on flooring projects
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cost assessments
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with various teams and clients
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and project specifications
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
