The new Executive Director will help shepherd Riversport into the next phase by building the next generation of Riversport programming and planning for a post-Olympics to maintain the one-of-a-kind campus for Oklahoma City.
Job Duties: The CEO and Executive Director of the Riversport Foundation serves as the chief executive officer of the organization and is responsible for the overall strategic, operational, and financial leadership of the foundation. Key Responsibilities include:
- Develop and implement the strategic vision and long-term goals of the Riversport Foundation in collaboration with the Board of Directors.
- Lead, mentor, and inspire a diverse team of staff and volunteers.
- Oversee the foundation’s financial performance, ensuring the organization’s financial health and sustainability.
- Oversee the design, implementation, and evaluation of all programs and services.
- Oversee the maintenance, safety, and enhancement of all Riversport Foundation facilities.
- Identify, cultivate, and maintain strategic partnerships with local, regional, and national organizations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Work closely with the Board of Directors to support governance activities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, Recreation Management, Construction Management, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of senior leadership experience in nonprofit management with a track record of effective leadership.
