We’re looking for a positive and professional Night Auditor to deliver an exceptional experience to every guest at our hotel. As a front-of-house team member, you’ll welcome guests, manage their information, distribute their keys and room assignments, and answer any general inquiries to ensure they have an excellent stay with us. As an overnight staff member, you'll be the first and only contact many guests have during the late night hours. Responsibilities: • This is an overnight position with little to no co-workers or management on-site at any given time. Feeling comfortable and confident quickly responding and solving guest concerns and complaints is of utmost importance. • General bookkeeping: ensure all hotel guest account information is accurate and up-to-date • Take incoming calls, online and in-person room booking requests, and answer questions about guests’ needs involving room rates, available rooms, amenities, rewards programs, and special requests. • Respond to guest comments, concerns & feedback and quickly come up with solutions to ensure a smooth night's rest for our in-house guests. Qualifications: • Comfortable and responsible working overnight with little to no management or co-workers present • 1 year of experience in the hospitality industry as a hotel front desk agent, hotel receptionist, or guest service specialist preferred • Possesses strong customer service skills, interpersonal skills, organizational skills, and time management skills • High school graduate, GED recipient, or equivalent Compensation: $19 hourly
