Position Overview:
Elite Paradigm is seeking an IT Program Manager who will deliver development requirements from a Scrum team, provide status updates to the Project Owner, deliver information security accreditation requirements, continuously evaluate program progress, and assist the Product Owner with program requirements assessment.
Responsibilities of this position will include but not be limited to the following:
- Assisting the Product Owner with mitigating or avoiding risks and alleviating program issues
- Coordinating stakeholder engagements such as user requirements sessions and trainings
- Preparing meeting agendas and gathering meeting minutes
- Tracking Points of Contact (POCs), tasks, and action items to meet program deadlines
- Completing tasks within the approved sprint cycle timeframe
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with polygraph
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.S.) in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Management Systems, or a related discipline (years of experience can be substituted for degree)
- Five (5) or more years of demonstrated experience in:
- Working in an Agile Scrum team environment
- Managing IT projects
- Using issue tracking applications such as Jira (preferred) or similar
- Using team collaboration tools such as Confluence (preferred) or similar
- Serving as Scrum Master to deliver complex software systems with multiple integrations
- Incorporating practices such as sprint planning, continuous integration, testing, and delivery of minimum value increments
- Experience working with financial data sets
