Sacramento Steps Forward (SSF) is a leading non-profit organization dedicated to addressing homelessness within Sacramento County.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

1. Plan and implement federal grant programs, monitoring and tracking each program through its life cycle.
2. Serve as the primary liaison to the Sacramento City and County Continuum of Care (CoC).
3. Partner with local, state, and federal agencies to accomplish the shared goal of ending homelessness.

This position is ideal for a seasoned professional passionate about ending homelessness.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Earned a bachelor's degree in Business, Planning, Public Administration, Housing Administration, Community Development, or a related field.
2. Have a minimum of five years of progressive experience in homeless housing, community development, planning, CoC governance, and federal grants programs.
3. At least five years in a supervisory or management role.
