Your role in our Mission
Our mission is to make the world a better place to work and to achieve this mission we need your skills to support our clients during the sales process (and beyond) to be able to advise them on innovative SaaS solutions that bring their requirements to life. With your expertise and level of knowledge and experience, you will demonstrate and articulate the features of our products and services and how they are best suited for the customer, as well as act as the primary liaison between our commercial and product teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborating closely with sales and customer success teams to understand client needs, objectives, and technical landscapes related to employee engagement and wellbeing
- Conducting in-depth discovery sessions with clients to gather requirements, assess current processes and identify opportunities for improvement
- Leading product demonstrations and workshops, showcasing platform capabilities and aligning solutions with client objectives
- Partnering with the sales team to develop and present compelling solution proposals and business cases to key stakeholders, including HR teams and executives
- Partnering with our implementation teams to ensure a smooth deployment of solutions, including briefing the Implementation team on the project scope and client requirements
- Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, providing ongoing support, guidance, and strategic recommendations to maximize the impact of our solutions
- Working as the primary liaison between our commercial and product teams
- Maintaining and continually improving our Demo environments
Skills
- 3+ years of experience in a solution engineer/architect/consultant role within a SaaS company, preferably in HR tech, employee engagement, or related industry
- Previous experience in a technical role or academic training in engineering and product management
- A foundational understanding of the technical domain related to SaaS technology products
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts quickly and communicate these concepts effectively to non-technical stakeholders
- Proven track record of successfully delivering complex solutions to customers and meeting or exceeding KPIs and/or revenue targets
- Highly collaborative mindset with the ability to work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a passion for driving positive outcomes for clients and their employees
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings and events
