Experience:

  • Experience with entertainment rights and licensing across at least one of Film, TV. Sport, Talent and Music.
  • Experience in working within an agile framework and using agile tools.

Education: Bachelor's of Arts Degree required.

Type: Full-time; Contract

Schedule: Monday – Friday, Day Shift


Conde Group is seeking a Junior Business Analyst to join a growing and dynamic team!


Job Description:

  • Actively and enthusiastically participate in the development and improvement of Rightsline usage.
  • Perform requirements analysis, documenting processes and performing some user acceptance testing.
  • Professionally represent and protect the interest of FOX in all interactions with customers, vendors and employees.
  • Improve technical proficiency and share across departments.
  • Pursue and successfully complete any offered/available required FOX training courses to heighten personal proficiency.
  • Work to identify opportunities to enhance the overall client experience and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Support the LIVE system and training users on new features.


Position Requirements:

  • Experience with writing SQL statements to analyze and troubleshoot a plus.
  • Experience working on a Rights Management system.
  • Experience in the entertainment industry a plus.
  • Rightsline configuration experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of how content rights are used and codified preferred.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Humble and a desire to deliver first-class customer service.
  • Basic understanding of how content rights are used and codified.
  • A passion for new technology.
  • Experience supporting SAAS Application(s).
  • Troubleshooting abilities.
  • Able to make judgments under ambiguous conditions.
  • Proven ability to prioritize work and escalate issues as needed.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of the end user functionality, underlying technology, integrations, data architecture and configurations of the application(s) being implemented or supported.
