About the role

In this role, you’ll work with cross-functional teams to deliver on each event's marketing and sales goals; execute compelling social media strategies; manage sponsorship deliverables, demand generation and sales enablement; and oversee event execution and logistics, as well as communication and staffing.


Your adventures will include:

  • Plan and lead the pipeline generation goals and ensure progress towards objectives are tracked timely
  • Execute tasks according to company priorities and take initiative in resolving problems
  • Effectively communicate successful goals that align with core business outcomes
  • Work closely with marketing, sales, and partner/channel teams to form strategies and select the most impactful tradeshows and conferences
  • Oversee event planning and conceptualize virtual and in-person events to maximize engagement
  • Manage resources and oversee budgets to ensure cost-effectiveness and optimization
  • Building digital gateways; create and manage event landing pages and online registrations
  • Take the lead in on-site event operations, including set-up, registration, booth operations, and strike
  • Observe and carry out best practices and repeatable processes to drive efficiency and scale event programs


Our partner will love it if you bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B event management, including both in-person and virtual platforms, with experience in engaging across diverse audiences
  • A keen eye for perfecting small details and exceeding user experience expectations
  • Prior collaboration with sales and partner/channel teams; have an understanding of how to support and accelerate their efforts
  • A data-driven mindset with experience translating campaign results into actionable business recommendations
  • Proven effective collaboration with cross-functional team members; approach challenges with a solutions-oriented mindset
