Warranty Admin

Description of the role:

Harr Toyota is currently seeking a Warranty Admin to join our team. As a Warranty Admin, you will be responsible for managing warranty claims, processing documentation, and ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage warranty claims by reviewing documentation, coordinating with suppliers, and resolving any issues that arise.
• Process warranty documentation, including entering data, verifying information, and maintaining accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures related to warranty claims and documentation.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including service technicians and parts department, to gather necessary information for warranty claims.
• Communicate with customers and suppliers regarding warranty claims, providing updates and resolving any inquiries or concerns.
• Monitor warranty performance metrics and generate reports for management.

Requirements:

• Prior experience in warranty administration or a similar role is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in data entry and record keeping.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Knowledge of automotive industry and warranty processes is a plus.
