Customer Service Associate

A successful Retail Store Associate will strive to provide exceptional customer service at all times. This includes developing comprehensive product knowledge, communicating sales and promotions, and proactively responding to customer concerns.

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Customer-centric and takes ownership of their work
• Excellent communicator and collaborator
• Ability to stand or walk for extended periods and lift up to 40 pounds
