Overview

We are looking for an experienced and visionary IT CTO and Global Infrastructure Services Leader to join our executive team and lead the strategic direction, innovation, and transformation of our IT infrastructure and operations. You will report directly to the CIO and oversee a global team of IT professionals who are responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining our IT infrastructure, systems, and services. You will also collaborate with other business leaders and stakeholders to align IT infrastructure and operations with business goals and objectives, and ensure the delivery of high-quality, secure, and reliable IT solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Partners with CIO to lead the technology infrastructure strategy and execution for the enterprise. This includes Engineering compute environments.
  • Define and execute the IT infrastructure and operations strategy, roadmap, and budget, in alignment with the company's vision, mission, and values.
  • Lead the design, development, and deployment of scalable, resilient, and cost-effective IT infrastructure, systems, and services, leveraging cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions.
  • Manage the IT infrastructure and operations team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance evaluation.
  • Establish and enforce IT infrastructure and operations policies, standards, and best practices, ensuring compliance with regulatory and security requirements.
  • Monitor and optimize the performance, availability, and capacity of IT infrastructure, systems, and services, using data-driven metrics and analytics.
  • Drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives, leveraging emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts, ensuring quality of service and cost-effectiveness. Works closely with and manage strategic vendor partner relationships. Setup and run the Governance with the partners. Build strategic relationships for creating value for the organization.
  • Provide technical leadership and guidance to the IT organization and the business, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and excellence.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in IT infrastructure and operations management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale IT infrastructure and operations projects, using agile and waterfall methodologies.
  • Expert knowledge of IT infrastructure and operations technologies, architectures, and best practices, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises solutions, network, server, storage, backup, disaster recovery, security, virtualization, automation, and DevOps.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence teams and stakeholders across the organization.
  • Strategic, analytical, and problem-solving mindset, with the ability to balance short-term and long-term objectives, and manage risks and uncertainties.
  • Customer-centric and business-oriented approach, with the ability to translate business needs and opportunities into IT solutions and outcomes.
  • Passionate about technology and innovation, with a continuous learning and improvement mindset.
