Join our Financial and Regulatory team as an Analytics Engineer and revolutionize the gaming industry by crafting immersive, data-powered experiences. You'll tackle the challenge of designing processes to transform complex data into an accessible and performant model that supports critical financial reporting. In this role, you’ll collaborate with Product Owners and Tech Leads to implement robust ETL processes, and partner with our Analytics teams to develop tools that unearth actionable business insights.
What you’ll do as an Analytics Engineer
- Design processes that connect, unravel, and transform data from complex source systems to generate an easily consumable and performant financial and regulatory data model.
- Work with product owners and tech leads to implement high-quality, production-grade ETL processes that support critical financial reporting.
- Partner with our analytics and reporting teams to build tools that provide actionable insights into key business metrics.
- Mentor, guide, and advise on best practices for delivering performant solutions.
- Drive an organizational focus on data quality, performance analysis, optimization, and tuning.
What you’ll bring
- At least 1 year of hands-on experience in data and analytics engineering, including expertise in data warehousing, delivery, and operations.
- Proficiency in Snowflake or similar Data Warehousing platforms, with expert skills in SQL for applying complex business logic.
- Strong understanding of dimensional modeling concepts, such as star and flattened schemas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with both business and technical teams.
- Experience with data reporting tools like Tableau, data cataloging tools such as Alation, and data logging/monitoring tools like Datadog is preferred.
- Knowledge of version control systems like Git for collaborative codebase management.
- Background in iGaming or other highly regulated financial industries is highly beneficial.
- Experience with data orchestration tools (e.g., Apache Airflow), including designing, developing, and maintaining complex data pipelines for efficient workflow management is a plus.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $101,600.00 - $152,400.00, plus bonus, equity, and benefits as applicable. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
