Drywall Estimator/Project Manager

No relocation/ local only

Drywall Estimator requirements:

• Be familiar with the Atlanta market.
• Have the ability to establish relationships with new clients,
• OST and Quick bid software utilized.
• Be a closer.

Project Manager

• Be familiar and in good standing with the labor markets and material suppliers.
• Create Budgets for each project (internal, Labor sub, and material).
• Complete each project and maintain the established budget.
• Submittals, SOV, SOV labor sub, SDS, safety manuals,
• Monthly GC billing.
• Process labor subs weekly pay apps.
• Create and submit change orders.
• Create master PO and schedule delivery.
• Work closely with the field to maintain schedule, budgets and goal that are established.
