Join Our Team as a Design Engineer!
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform calibration and test functions; be able to troubleshoot yield issues for new batches at the board level, chip level, and signal level, and provide reports to design engineers and manufacturing
- Writing requirement documents, functional specifications, hardware test plans, and design documentation
- Providing feedback on manufacturing build issues, component issues, and perform component qualification engineering tasks
- Assist in analyzing field returns resulting in product improvement implementation and write analysis reports
- Able to work quickly and decisively under close deadlines
- Must be able to work in cross-functional, and multi-cultural teams
- Providing engineering support for existing product lines
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Occasional travel up to one week required.
What you’ll Need To Succeed:
- BS degree in Electrical Engineering required
- Minimum 3 years of experience with electronic circuit design and simulations
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, written and spoken, to clearly present ideas in a variety of forums
- A good working knowledge of analog and digital interface circuitry
- Proficiency with relevant lab instrumentation such as oscilloscopes, DMMs, logic analyzers, power analyzer, etc.
- Must be collaborative and able to seek help, ask questions, and work with diverse team members to accomplish complex technical assignments
- Basic knowledge in the use of computer applications for design and analysis and circuit board layout tools
