The Role
We're seeking a full-time office manager to assist with office operations in our new space in Potrero Hill. There's now enough work to keep Gamma running that we need some help from a dedicated person. Our ideal candidate will be passionate about making our office space a welcoming and well oiled machine. We're looking for folks who are creative, motivated, have a positive attitude and strong communications skills who can think on their feet, be resourceful, and help with all the little things that make our office a fun and friendly environment to work in.
Hours
Roughly 8:30am to 5:30pm M-F. Some days we'll need a little more and others a little less. We can work with you to figure out a good rolling cadence.
Compensation
$30-$35/hr, depending on the candidate's level of experience

Responsibilities
- Fridge & Snack Restocking
- Placing Costco and other business orders and coordinating delivery of all items into our suite
- This will include coordinating with the instacart or others to ensure items are bought up
- Restocking the refrigerator daily
- Getting fresh produce and dairy from the Whole Foods 2 blocks away
- Placing Costco and other business orders and coordinating delivery of all items into our suite
- Trash & Recycling
- Coordinating with our facilities personnel to ensure that trash is taken out daily
- Breaking down boxes to be taken down to the recycling area
- Taking out excess trash when necessary
- Cleaning & Tidying
- Coordinating with our cleaning and facilities personnel to ensure that the space is cleaned weekly
- Helping ensure conference rooms and kitchen/break areas are clean and tidy each morning
- Cleaning the area around the coffee & espresso machines
- Facilitating building work
- Coordinate with building manager and other personnel to ensure the space is kept up and running
- Events
- We plan to start hosting various events in our space and will need help coordinating them in various aspects
- General Assistance
- Helping out with various tasks around the office like re-arranging furniture, watering plants, coordinating snack and beverage requests, helping with group lunch orders, etc..
- Picking up mail/packages from the main mail delivery area
