Implementation Testing Project Manager

• Demonstrable ability to independently create a project plan, charter, forecasting, understanding budget vs actuals, variance analyses, managing stakeholders’ communication, project updates, and project deliverables including tracking them to closure.
• Demonstrate abilities to work with people across geographic locations. Expected to be a good communicator in English.
• Possession of decent functional knowledge ( 7 out of 10 on a scale of 1-10, 1 being poor, 10 being excellent)on the Capital Markets especially Middle Office and Front Office functions. Knowledge about the UAT (User Acceptance Testing) - end of end – is mandatory.
• Demonstrable ability to highlight project risks and creating plans to mitigate them.
• Demonstrable ability to understand, and work on Use Cases, arranging end user demos and creating placeholders for knowledge management.
• Demonstrable ability to train and retain people, promptly highlight people related issues to the senior management determining and delivering appropriate actions.
• Possesses 10 + years’ of experience in handling UAT, SIT, Regression and other types of Testing projects, both manual and automated.
• Deep understanding of a project management tool like JIRA, ALM, etc.
• Ability to be instrumental in regular end user client and stakeholder updates with regards to the Delivery of the programme.
• Deep understanding of work order management and ability to define deliverables.

GREAT TO HAVE:

• Exposure to complex securities operations management projects
• Very good understanding of the Front to Back office processes
• Direct contribution to CoE (Centre of Excellence) formation and activities
