Principal Accountabilities:
- Assist team with updating PC operating systems.
- Diagnose PC/printer/phone/equipment/software issues and resolve as required.
- Assist with the deployment and support of software.
- Provide technical support for computer and software related issues.
- Respond to issues with a sense of urgency and facilitate communications to resolve issues.
- Set up equipment for new users.
- Manage Active Directory user accounts and password resets.
- Monitor data center equipment and servers.
- Assist with Servers, LAN/WAN technologies, computer repair/troubleshooting software, networks, virus protection, Wi-Fi technology, and more.
- Weekly on-call rotation for IT support of facility is required.
Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or equivalent field of study preferred.
- Ability to troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve multiple issues.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Must be able to travel as necessary and authorized to work in the U.S.
