Description

  • Manage day-to-day site operations for a brownstone project in Brooklyn.
  • Coordinate subcontractors and ensure adherence to schedules and budgets.
  • Enforce safety protocols and maintain compliance with building codes.
  • Monitor project progress, report updates, and resolve any on-site issues.
  • Work closely with project managers and stakeholders to meet project objectives.

Profile

The ideal candidate has a minimum of 5 years of experience overseeing residential and brownstone construction. They are detail-oriented, organized, and skilled in managing multiple aspects of site management. Familiarity with Procore is a plus but not required.
