Job Position: SAP BPC Consultant/Developer

Role: SAP BPC Consultant/Developer

The SAP BPC Architect/Consultant will be responsible for the successful delivery of functional and technical components of consolidations, budgeting, and forecasting solutions using SAP Business Objects Business Planning and Consolidation (BPC). This role will apply functional and technical integration knowledge of SAP ERP tools, planning/BI systems, and functional finance processes. The consultant will implement leading practices within the business planning cycles, including strategic, financial, and operational planning. The consultant will perform hands-on BPC Planning design and configuration (reports, input schedules, script logic, allocations, distributions, etc).

Responsibilities:

1. Knowledge of SAP BPC and its interfaces to other models
2. Overall IT experience of around 7-8 years
3. A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery, and support of SAP BPC solutions, including:
4. Build Dimensions (Members, Hierarchies, Properties, Dimension Formulas)
5. Work Status
6. Business Rules
7. Business Process Flows
8. Security
9. Publishing/Offline Distribution
10. Configuring BPC Portal pages
11. Developing Script Logic
12. Configuring and scheduling Data Manager packages through BPC for Office
13. Good understanding of Legal Consolidations, Budgeting, and Forecasting processes
14. Exposure to SAP BI/BW
15. A proven track record in designing and implementing change in complex businesses
16. Experience with 3 full SAP project life cycles of significant size, scope, and complexity

Desirable Technical / Functional Skills:

1. A minimum of 3-4 years’ experience in the design, configuration, testing, debugging, delivery, and support of SAP BPC solutions
