Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound customer calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Troubleshoot customer issues and escalate more complex problems to the appropriate department.
- Document all customer interactions and updates in the system.
- Collaborate with team members to improve overall customer satisfaction.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Strong verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Ability to handle high call volumes and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
- Previous call center or customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
