Description
We are seeking an IT Desktop Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing direct desk-side support to our customers, troubleshooting and repairing IT devices, and managing the resolution of customer tickets according to established Service Level Requirements (SLRs).
Primary Responsibilities
- Resolve customer tickets according to established SLRs
- Troubleshoot and resolve user computer issues including hardware and software-related concerns
- Ensure customer related tasks are completed within the timeline set
- Assist other technicians in resolving complex issues
Basic Qualifications
- US Citizen with a DoD Secret Clearance
- HS diploma with 4+ years of prior relevant experience
- Valid DoD 8570 IAT Level II: Security+ or higher Certification
- Must have expertise in IT Enterprise Operations and experience with Microsoft Windows OS, version 10
- Proficiency in HP Service Manager, Remedy, or similar Service/Help Desk ticket management software
- Basic network troubleshooting skills and excellent customer service, oral, and written communication skills

- Analytical thinking and effective communication with all organizational levels
Pay: $78,540.80
