EquipmentShare is Hiring a Territory Account Manager

EquipmentShare is searching for a Territory Account Manager for our rental facility in Southwest Chicago, IL to support our team as it continues to grow.

EquipmentShare is seeking a Territory Account Manager to be responsible for expanding our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals.

Pay: $24,000 - $200,000+ (Base + uncapped commissions with no market restrictions)

Primary Responsibilities

  1. Quickly respond to inbound leads and requests.
  2. Expand our existing customer base by building relationships with contractors and construction company principals. Educate them on how EquipmentShare can help solve their problems!
  3. Maintain and nurture existing customer relationships to ensure our customers are satisfied with the level of service and support they receive from EquipmentShare.
  4. Promptly respond to and resolve customer inquiries, requests, complaints, or other communications.
  5. Develop new sales strategies and techniques to increase our market share and improve our customer experience.

Skills & Qualifications

  1. Tenacious and innovative with superior sales skills.
  2. Industry knowledge (rental or construction) and experience in B2B sales preferred, but not required.
  3. Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills.
  4. Ability to adapt to the fast pace of a growing company and stay continuously educated on the latest EquipmentShare products and services.
  5. Competitive but thrives in a team-oriented environment.
