Job Title: Charitable Endowment Specialist
Location: St. Petersburg, FL **
Contract: 3+ months – temporary position -- year-end volume assistance
Rate: $23/hour W-2
**Local candidates only
Hybrid schedule -- onsite 3x per week maximum
Work schedule is 8am-5pm, Monday through Friday
Laptop provided.
Job Summary: This person will be responsible for providing administrative support to the Charitable Endowment Fund department.
Duties:
- Assists in preparing or reviewing reports.
- Handle email correspondence while utilizing strong written communication and customer service skills
- Maintain a high attention to detail while meeting assigned goals.
- Assist with various projects as assigned by manager.
- There will be phone work involved.
- Assisting in collecting information to approve charities.
- Researches charities status with the IRS using resources provided.
Skills: Must Haves --
- At least 5 years of administrative or customer service experience within a professional work environment.
- Must have strong data entry skills - Must complete a data entry test that measures their speed and accuracy (not a typing test) before being submitted. A score of at least 5,500 keystrokes per hour with 85% accuracy or higher.
- Experience with phones / call center
- Experience within the banking / financial industry is a BIG plus
- High attention to detail
- Customer service-oriented
- Team player - willing to jump in whenever needed (even if it doesn't fall within their job description)
- Ability to multi-task
Education: High School Diploma
