Overview
Help accelerate Intuit’s growth as the Senior Sales Operations Manager for Small Business sales. In this role you will play a leadership role in Intuit’s success in the small business segment. This opportunity is ideal for a strategic sales operations professional with a strong executive presence, proven experience accelerating success in high-volume/high-velocity sales, and an ability to both drive hands-on execution and partner with other functions.
What you'll bring
- 7+ year sales operations experience with a track record of success in a “hands on” sales operations role. Experience with outsourced sales models a plus.
- A mix of strategic and operational skills, with proven ability in strategy, planning, communications, and data. Consulting experience is a plus.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce and partner tools; ability to use process, tools, and data to tune sales motions and maximize results. Skilled in data access, use, and insights.
- Strong influence, communication and change management skills with senior leaders and front line sales teams.
- Proven leadership skills, ability to partner with sales teams and thrive in ambiguity.
- Highly motivated to take ownership and drive cross-functional initiatives with minimal direction.
How you will lead
- Lead the Go To Market Sales Operations team for Small Business sales.
- Provide thought leadership on sales operational excellence and opportunities to accelerate sales growth.
- Lead operating cadences and communications on behalf of the VP of Small Business sales.
- Provide reporting, data, and analytics to sales teams through Salesforce reporting and partnering with analytics teams.
- Lead key initiatives including strategy, planning, and execution.
- Define the blueprint for the technology and process foundation of the sales team.
- Be a business partner to the sales leadership team, helping to influence priorities and set direction.
- Lead cross-functional teams and projects to accelerate sales growth; Identify, clarify, and resolve key issues and dependencies.
