Job Description

Our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) portfolio is a powerhouse collection of consumer-first brands, supported by media industry leaders, Comcast, NBCUniversal and Sky. Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regulatory Compliance & Privacy legal team in managing compliance with applicable laws, regulations and industry standards related to the DTC digital portfolio, including existing properties in the United States, United Kingdom, Europe and Africa.
  • Assist attorneys with tracking applicable data privacy, consumer and other regulations and industry standards.
  • Assist attorneys with compiling and distributing training and guidance materials.
  • Develop and maintain systems to track legal approvals.
  • Manage, track and follow up on status of legal and technical requirements across the business.
  • Manage legal responses to customer communications.
  • Provide document production and information gathering support for litigation and government investigations.
  • Assist with various privacy and regulatory compliance projects and perform other program-related duties as needed at the direction of the DTC group’s Vice President and Senior Vice President, Regulatory Compliance and Privacy.

Qualifications

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Either (i) a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a professional role requiring organizational skills and careful attention to detail, as well as a Bachelor's Degree, or (ii) a Juris Doctorate Degree.

Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.

This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks. Salary Range: $62,000 - $75,000.
