Information Technology-Solutions Architect

Mastech Digital provides digital and mainstream technology staff as well as Digital Transformation Services for all American Corporations. We are currently seeking an Information Technology-Solutions Architect for our client in the Professional Services domain. Duration: 6 Months Contract

Location: Remote

Role Description: The Information Technology-Solutions Architect must have 10+ years of experience.

Responsibilities:

1. Assist in developing programming that requires analysis and research.
2. Work on projects that require basic skills in multiple technical environments based on knowledge in a specific business area.
3. Develop efficient and effective solutions to diverse business problems.
4. Translate business strategies, across several business units, into effective solutions.
5. Serve as a point of contact for questions/issues related to the architectural solutions within a project or business area.
6. Communicate with business owners and technical delivery staff.
7. Assist in the selection of technologies that provide the best solutions for business needs.
8. Assist in the design of applications.
9. Publish documents and educate the business area about their architecture.
10. Maintain knowledge of emerging technological trends and utilize the knowledge to educate both IT and business areas on opportunities to build better IT solutions that support and drive business decisions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Systems, CIS, or related field.
2. Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field preferred.
3. 3-5 years of experience in the following: demonstrated competency in project management execution of multiple enterprise level, smaller projects; experience in participating in multidiscipline, high-performance work teams/groups and demonstrated competency in developing efficient and effective solutions to diverse, less complex business problems.
4. Demonstrated experience in the development, implementation, and maintenance of large-scale systems.
5. Demonstrated experience in developing technical architectures.
6. Demonstrated experience of information systems, spanning at least two to four component architectures.
7. Experience in translating business strategies, across several business units, into effective solutions.
8. Understanding of design patterns and their application at all levels (conceptual, logical and physical).
9. Strong understanding and skillset in required technologies, software programs, and applications.

Additional Skills:

1. Minimum 10-15 years of experience in solution architecture, with at least 3 years of hands-on experience in implementing CLMS solutions and a minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience specifically in ICERTIS CLM solutions.
2. Deep knowledge of the ICERTIS CLM platform, including module configuration, customization, and integration capabilities.

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Electronic Engineering, Information Technology or another related field or Equivalent
