We are currently seeking a driven and passionate Community Sales Director.

Schedule: Full Time

Salary: $60,000 - $65,000 per year depending on experience + Competitive Incentive Bonus Plan

Community Sales Director Responsibilities include:

  1. Generate qualified leads to the Community by creating an understanding of the value of the Community through local outreach, public relations, coordinator of advertising, direct mail, and other marketing vehicles.
  2. Accurately maintain the Community’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database by collecting and entering information about new inquiries and recording consistent and appropriate follow up communication with inquiries and prospective residents.
  3. Follow up on all leads in a timely manner and document in Community’s CRM database per PSL policies and procedures.
  4. Accurately track quantity vs. quality of referral activity, determining appropriate follow up actions.
  5. Respond to telephone inquiries, remotely and in real time where possible, and conduct walk-in and scheduled tours with prospective residents and interested parties.

Community Sales Director Education & Experience:

  1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
  2. A minimum of two years’ sales experience, in the senior living industry preferred
  3. A proven track record of generating and closing a high percentage of qualified leads is preferred
  4. Working knowledge of computers (including Microsoft Office) and Customer Relationship Management systems (CRM)
