The Job
You will be responsible for:
- Managing client and team relationships including overall work plan development and team coordination efforts.
- Implementing procurement, contract, tendering, and package strategies to secure the project.
- Reviewing budget estimations, elemental cost plans, pre-tender estimates, cash flows, cost studies, value engineering, and related tender analysis and documents.
- Leading project teams in managing technical and contractual work, and monitoring the overall control of site activities.
- Providing leadership in the effective management of projects and in meeting project profit, safety, programme, environmental, and quality objectives.
- Ensuring all deliverables are completed on schedule, within budget, and at the highest levels of quality.
- Driving the performance and development of team members through coaching and training.
The Profile
A recognized professional degree in architecture, interior design, construction management, or equivalent.
Membership of a recognized professional institute is a plus.
At least 12 years’ post-graduation experience in a related field with a proven track record in managing high-quality projects.
Excellent leadership, communication (written, verbal, and presentation), project coordination, and interpersonal skills.
Motivated, confident, and a team player.
Regional exposure experience in Asia Pacific Region (Hong Kong, Macau, Singapore, Malaysia, China) is a plus.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
Willing to travel overseas to suit project needs if required.
